All of our items must pass a thorough quality checking process before they are deemed suitable for retail. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, please report to with sufficient information and evidence, inclusive of images and proof of purchase. Upon receipt we will investigate the matter and determine whether the fault was due to poor use, lack of care, wear and tear or a genuine manufacturing defect. Contact must be made immediately upon receipt of item.
The matter will thereafter be investigated by AwraCo, which will put forward a solution based on the circumstances surrounding the related transaction.
We cannot be held responsible for any act undertaken by the customer which is against the "care instruction" under product description.
If after thorough investigation we come to acknowledge that the customer was at fault, any form of reimbursement will not be issued on behalf of AwraCo.

What is the fabric of the abayas at Awra?
Highest quality Nida hijab– Thin and light weight. Widely used in the middle east and suitable for warmer climatic conditions.
Where we use a different fabric, it will be mentioned in the description under the picture of the abaaya.
How do you ship my order and how long does it take for delivery?
All items are dispatched via Royal mail tracked and signed for service. Refer to the drop down menu on the home page for the timing periods.
Is it possible to deliver my order for next day delivery?
Yes we can. We can deliver your item for next day delivery at an extra charge. Delivery options can be chosen at checkout. This only applies to UK customers.
